Class Description
Step into the world of Bharatanatyam with our Beginners Batch, designed for those new to classical dance. This batch focuses on building a strong foundation in posture, rhythm, basic adavus, and expressions. Guidelines
Important Notes for Students 1. Dance Style: - All sessions will follow the Tanjavur style of teaching. 2. Dress Code: - Please wear Indian attire – Kurti, leggings, and dupatta. 3. What to Bring: - Water bottle - Deodorant - Sweat napkin 4. Health & Safety: - Inform the instructor before class if you’re experiencing any injury, discomfort, or uneasiness. - Perform all activities at your own pace and resistance level. - Avoid heavy meals immediately before the session. 5. Batch Continuity: - If you are taking a break or not continuing with the next batch, please inform the studio or your instructor in advance. - Failure to do so will result in your enrollment being treated as continuous, and fees will be calculated from the last date of your previous enrollment. 6. Yearly Examinations: - Annual exams are conducted for students. - Details and timelines will be shared by the instructor.
