Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Nritya Raaga’s official website. By accessing or using our site and services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

Participation is subject to age and category guidelines specified on the website. Minors must be registered by a parent or guardian.

​

2. Payment Terms

  • All bookings must be made online via Razorpay.

  • Participation is confirmed only after successful payment.
     

3. Right to Admission & Policy Changes

  • Management reserves the right to admission.

  • Timings and schedules may change. Updates will be shared via WhatsApp groups.

  • We reserve the right to modify services, fees, and policies with or without notice.
     

4. Force Majeure & Service Disruption
We may suspend services due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes). Refunds will not be provided in such cases.

5. Studio Code of Conduct

  • Disrespectful behavior, fighting, property damage or any misconduct will result in termination without refund.

  • Inform instructors in advance for delays or absences.

  • Registration is mandatory before joining. Arrive 5–10 minutes early.

  • Outside shoes are NOT allowed inside the studio.

  • Bring your own water bottle.

  • Phones must be on silent inside the studio.

  • Use of studio space before/after class or without instructor presence is not permitted.

  • Studio T-shirts are compulsory for Kids & Teens batches.

6. Fee Payment Policy

  • Full payment required before batch start.

  • Share payment receipts in the WhatsApp group.

  • Enrolment is non-transferable.

  • Sessions must be completed within the enrolled month.

  • Mid-month enrolments will be charged full fees.

  • Drop-ins will be charged around ₹400-500/hour + GST depending on the batch. 

  • Non-enrollment before classes begin will attract a fee of ₹500 per batch, per student.

7. Intellectual Property

All choreography, class content, and music edits are the intellectual property of Nritya Raaga. Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited. In case of videos distributed on social media by students, fair credits should be given to Nritya Raaga.

8. Media & Promotions

Photos/videos taken during events or classes may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise notified in writing. 

​

9. Liability

Nritya Raaga is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal items during classes or events. We are not responsible for injuries sustained on premises. Participants must disclose any medical conditions to the instructor beforehand. Please avoid bringing valuables. We are not liable for loss or theft. Parking near the premises is at your own risk.

10. Amendments

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site or services implies acceptance of updates. This includes Fee structures which may be revised annually.
