Thank you for joining Dance Camp 2025! We’re thrilled to have you and look forward to an exciting journey of rhythm, learning, and stage magic. Please go through the following important information to ensure a smooth and joyful experience: Camp Fee Details - Camp Fee: ₹2,200 + 18% GST - Includes: 5+ hours of practice sessions, 1 stage performance, and 1 student ticket for the stage presentation. - Payment: Full payment is required at registration. - Policy: Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Event Details - Stage Presentation: Sunday, 29th June 2025 - Time: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM - Venue: Mysore Auditorium, Matunga (East) - Final Studio Rehearsal: Saturday, 28th June 2025 - Time: 12:00 PM – 4:30 PM - Venue: Nritya Raaga Studio 416, The Epicentre, 4th Floor, Chembur (E) Landmark – Above D’Mart Enrollment Information - Limited Slots: 10 students per batch - Booking: First-come, first-served via the Nritya Raaga website - Participation: Students may perform in up to 5 routines Note: GST applies to both enrollment and ticket bookings Rehearsals & Attendance - Attendance is mandatory. Please inform your instructor in advance in case of absence - Be punctual and respectful towards instructors and fellow dancers - Choreography and formations are final as per the studio and instructor’s discretion - Carry: Water bottle, napkin, indoor shoes (if required for your routine) Stage Presentation & Ticketing - Auditorium Capacity: 294 guests - Ticket Price: ₹200 + 18% GST per seat - Booking: Via the Nritya Raaga website - Ticket Pickup: Must be collected physically from the studio Each student receives 1 complimentary ticket, irrespective of the number of routines or batches. Children occupying a seat will require a ticket. Costumes & Presentation - Nritya Raaga T-shirt: Most routines will require this (Available for ₹400) - Semi-Classical Acts: Red Anarkali Kurti with White Palazzo Note: Confirm specific costume requirements with your instructor Additional Notes - Please safeguard your personal belongings at the studio and venue - All choreography and music edits are the intellectual property of the instructor/studio and may not be used elsewhere without permission We can’t wait to create unforgettable memories with you!
