Guidelines
Important Notes for Students 1. Please bring the following items for each session: - Your own water bottle - Deodorant - Sweat napkin 2. Inform the instructor before class if you experience: - Any injury - Discomfort - Uneasiness 3. Perform all activities at your own pace and comfort level. 4. Avoid consuming heavy meals immediately before your session. 5. IMPORTANT: If you plan to take a break or discontinue your batch, kindly inform the studio or instructor in advance. If no communication is received, your enrollment will be considered continuous and calculated from the last date of your previous enrollment.
