Guidelines

To ensure a smooth, respectful, and enriching experience for all participants, please take note of the following guidelines: Dress Code: Track pants, joggers, or any comfortable activewear bottoms Personal Essentials: Each student must carry a water bottle & a napkin/towel Health & Safety Please inform the instructor before class if you're experiencing: - Any injury, physical discomfort, uneasiness or fatigue - Always perform activities at your own pace and resistance level. - Avoid heavy meals right before class. Enrollment Note: - If you plan to take a break or discontinue, kindly inform the studio or your instructor in advance. - If no notice is given, your enrollment will be considered continuous and calculated from the last date of your previous enrollment. Missed sessions aren’t compensated/adjusted or refunded. Mobile Phones & Valuables - Kindly keep your mobile phone on silent mode during class. - Please take care of your valuables, as the studio is not responsible for any loss or damage.
